Suka Policies

Membership Cancellation

• We do not sell contracts at Suka. Please provide a 30-day notice if you wish to cancel your membership.

 

Scheduling System

• We use Wellness Living for scheduling, and our mobile app is called Achieve (links below).

 

Facilities

• We have two showers onsite.

• Loaner yoga mats are available for new visitors.

 

Class Attendance

• Ideally, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts, having paid and booked your class online. Some classes have waitlists, and an online waiver must be signed before attending.

 

Membership Purchase

• Memberships can be purchased online without needing to visit the studio.

 

Class Environment

• All classes are heated to 32 degrees Celsius.

 

Booking in Advance

• Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

 

Waitlist System

• When a class is full, we manage a waitlist. If a member cancels early, the first person on the waitlist is promoted to the class and notified via email or text (if notifications are enabled). This process occurs automatically up to 2 hours before the class starts. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you decide not to attend.

 

Late Cancellation

• A late cancel is defined as canceling within 2 hours of the class start time. Exceptions are for 6:00 am classes. Late cancels or no-shows may incur a fee.
