FAR Infrared Heating System
At Suka Fit our yoga and fitness classes are hosted under Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) panels located on the celling. Infrared or thermal radiation is a band of energy on the electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared rays have long wavelengths and are generated by the sun. It may sound intense but do not worry, FIR is completely safe, natural, and widely used to improve overall health!
